What shooting the southern suburbs actually involves
Along the river — Applecross, Mount Pleasant, Attadale, South Perth, Como, Salter Point — the campaign standard is close to the western suburbs. Buyers are paying for outlook and for the city skyline, and both of those are drone and twilight problems rather than photography problems. A South Perth apartment with a skyline aspect shot in flat afternoon light is money left on the table.
Rossmoyne, Willetton and Booragoon are a different animal again: family homes bought for the school catchment, where the floor plan and honest room coverage do more work than any hero image. A buyer here is asking whether four bedrooms actually fit four people, and no photograph answers that.
Then the growth corridor — Canning Vale, Southern River, Harrisdale, Piara Waters, Aubin Grove, Baldivis, Secret Harbour. New estate stock, high turnover, agents carrying multiple listings. Drone works well because the estate itself, the parkland and the school are part of the pitch. Rockingham is the southern edge of what is included in the standard price.
