A sales shoot is $189 and a rental shoot is $159, both including GST. Most agents book a package instead: Essential $299, Premium $375, Signature $750. The full price list has every service.

Perth metro and surrounds — Alkimos in the north to Rockingham in the south, the coast through to the Hills. Travel inside that range is included. Outside it, ask anyway; we travel for the right job. See areas we cover.

We can usually still shoot. Overcast and light rain are fine for interiors, and exteriors get a sky replacement so they still look clean and bright. If conditions are genuinely too rough — heavy rain, storms — we reschedule at no extra cost.

No, as long as we have access — a lockbox, a key, or the agent letting us in. You also do not need an empty property. Furniture and styling help the photos. We will move minor things if needed.

Between 30 and 150 minutes depending on the package and the property. A rental is 30 minutes, a sales shoot 60, most packages 90–120, and the Elite Listing 150. Your booking confirmation states exactly what has been allocated.

Sales shoots are unlimited — full coverage including detail shots, with no cap on the gallery. Rental shoots are up to 20 wide images.

Yes. Drone, video, floor plans, virtual staging and twilight conversions can all be added before or after the shoot. Message us and we will update the booking.

Yes, through Baker Studio, our own staging and editing platform. Virtual staging, decluttering and day-to-dusk from $1.50 per image, rendered in minutes, with premium human-built 3D staging at $25 per image. Every enhanced photo is clearly marked as virtually enhanced.

Yes, provided it is disclosed. Australian Consumer Law prohibits misleading or deceptive conduct and false representations about property, so a staged image must be identifiable as enhanced rather than presented as the room as it stands. Baker Studio marks every enhanced image automatically. This is general information, not legal advice — check your agency's own policy as well.

Yes. Aerial work is flown in line with CASA's rules for commercial drone operation, including the standard conditions on altitude, distance from people and controlled airspace. Locations near Perth Airport or Jandakot need approval, which we arrange before the shoot.

Yes. Plans are drawn from measurements taken during the shoot rather than traced from a builder's original, so they reflect extensions, renovations and removed walls.

Whatever is easiest. Card through the booking system is the default, but bank transfer works and agencies can be invoiced on standard terms.

A $110 fee applies to cancellations within one hour of any appointment. Outside that window there is no charge.

Yes. We shoot around occupants and their belongings. If the property is cluttered, decluttering through Baker Studio cleans the images up afterwards — without stripping the rooms bare, because an empty-looking room sells worse than a tidy one.
